How do I request a Meet & Greet Pass?
(1) Become a Member of ThompsonSquare.com for FREE to request Meet & Greet passes. If you are already a member, just Sign In. (2) Go to the Tour page, there will be a "Request Meet & Greet" button for each Tour Date that has a Meet & Greet scheduled.  (3) Click on the 'Request Meet & Greet' button next to the show you are going to and complete the request form.  You will get an email confirmation if there is a pass available. [Please make sure you add contactus@thompsonsquare.com to your address book, so your confirmation doesn't go to your junk mail.] All requests will be accepted on an automated first-come, first-served basis.  We do not pick who gets a pass and who doesn't. (4) Be sure to read the Meet & Greet Information page for details on the meet & greet processes.

Do I Need A Ticket to the Concert in order to go to the Meet & Greet?
YES, you and your guest must have tickets for the concert in order to attend and/or request Meet & Greets.

Will Thompson Square still be going to their Merch Booth after they perform?
No, Keifer & Shawna will no longer be able to go to their Merch Booth after every show which is one of the many reasons why we are offering ThompsonSquare.com members the chance to register for a Meet & Greet.

How many Meet & Greets can I go to?
Each member is eligible for a pair of Meet & Greet passes every 6 months.

Can I Bring a Guest and/or Request a +1?
YES. If you are confirmed for a Meet & Greet, there will be two (2) Meet & Greet passes waiting for you at the Box Office 'Will Call'. The (2) meet & greet passes will be under your name.

How many Meet & Greet passes will be available at each Show?
Each eligible show will have a specific number of Meet & Greet passes available.  It will vary from show to show based on T2's schedule.  For each eligible show, once all of the passes have been claimed, the 'Request' button on the tour page will automatically close/shut off.  If for some reason, someone cancels their request and/or we are able to add more passes, the 'Request' button will re-open.

How Do I Request a Meet & Greet if the show is not on the Tour page yet?
The only way to request a Meet & Greet is via the 'Meet & Greet Is Available' link on the Tour Page. We post shows as soon as we have all of the confirmed details and have permission from promoter/headliner to announce.

Where do I get my Meet & Greet pass?
The meet & greet pass will be at the Will Call window at the venue's Box Office.  The Box Office typically opens about an hour before the the doors open. To find out what time the box office will open at a specific venue, please either call the venue or visit their website.

What do I need to get my Meet & Greet Pass?
You MUST have a photo ID with you at Will Call in order to get your passes and the name on the ID must match the name you entered on the request form.

Where will the Meet & Greet be?
Each venue will have a different Meet & Greet location.  So, we will include details on the exact location, as well as time of the Meet & Greet with your pass.

What time are the Meet & Greets?
The Meet & Greets will usually take place 45 to 75 minutes prior to their showtime. The Meet & Greet time and location will be included with your pass. So, please go to the Box Office "Will Call" at least 2 hours before Thompson Square's scheduled showtime.

Can I get a photo with Thompson Square at the Meet & Greet?
Yes, of course, Keifer & Shawna will take a picture with you. To make it easy, we will have a photographer at the Meet & Greet.  Please do not plan on using your own camera.

Where and When can I get my Meet & Greet Photo?
The photos will be posted on thompsonsquare.com within approx. 72 hours after the show. To download your picture go to Thompson Square’s Tour page and click the 'Meet & Greet Photos' button.   Select your 'Show Date' and click Continue” Locate your photo and right click on it and then select “save as.” Where you save it on your computer is up to you. We hope you will like the photo so much you will want to post the photo all over your Facebook and Twitter and/or make it your 2012 Holiday Card.

Will Thompson Square autograph something for me
Yes, Keifer & Shawna will sign something for you. Of course, we're hoping it's a CD booklet, picture or merch item.
